Technical Assistance in Operation and Maintenance

At ICG we have implemented strategies for the operating procedures of oil and gas facilities. Among them, we have developed computerized maintenance management systems, criticality analyses and spare parts reviews for the next two years of operation.

We also supervise operation and maintenance activities to ensure the competence of operations and maintenance technicians, and we carry out operational integrity audits to ensure compliance with operating standards.

On-site support after start-up to stabilize the units, adjust process variables and safely reach design capacity.
Ongoing technical support to operations and maintenance to improve plant reliability, efficiency and availability.
INCREASE PRODUCTION

We diagnose production optimization opportunities using advanced control and fuzzy logic techniques, with software tools that simulate process conditions and lead to adjustments of control parameters in PLCs, distributed control systems (DCS) and supervisory systems. This allows significant production increases of approximately 8% to 17% with little or no capital investment (Capex).

ENERGY SAVING

We carry out energy saving studies such as: power quality analysis to improve the power factor in electricity generation and distribution systems; hydraulic performance analysis of pumping systems to operate close to the best efficiency point; and thermodynamic analysis of atomizing steam pressure to achieve a homogeneous fuel mix and diffusion, improving the efficiency of steam generation systems.

Planning and support for scheduled plant shutdowns: preparation, safe isolation, testing and return to operation on schedule.
Preparation and review of operating procedures, manuals and documents for start-up, normal operation and plant shutdowns.
