ETHICS AND INTEGRITY

Our values were defined together with every member of the ICG family. We ran surveys in which our stakeholders rated a list of values pre-selected by management, chose the ones they identified with, and could propose new ones. After analyzing the results, the values chosen by the majority were selected.

This exercise defined our corporate values: honesty, commitment, quality, trust and safety. They are lived within the organization and reflect how we work, how we move and how we act, as explained below.

We act with Honesty

With the vision of building a company recognized for the excellent operation of oil and gas facilities, honesty and integrity characterize how we do business with our internal and external stakeholders. We apply best practices in corporate social responsibility, prioritizing safety, reliability and profitability in our operations and their sustainable development.

  • The Company: We comply 100% with our legal obligations and go beyond what the law requires.
  • Our Employees: We are consistent with the commitments made to our employees and with national labor regulations, promoting their professional and personal well-being.
  • Our Clients: We fulfill all our responsibilities as agreed and in line with client expectations.

We have a highly experienced team of technicians and professionals committed to providing the best start-up and commissioning service for oil and gas facilities. From our corporate governance to our stakeholders, ICG’s priority is to build trust through the responsible management of all our clients’ projects and the efficiency of our activities.

  • The Company: We honor the agreements made with our clients, employees and society.
  • Our Employees: We seek to exceed the requirements of the social security system with additional programs: Benefits Plan, Well-being Plan, Corporate Volunteering Plan and prevention programs (work wear, health and personal protective equipment).

Code of Conduct and Ethics

We have a Code of Business Conduct and Ethics that sets out the rules to follow, who we are, and our concepts, objectives, values and ethical principles. This Code has been shared with all employees. We also have Internal Work Regulations, which are published and presented to every person during company induction.
