Technical Assistance in Operation and Maintenance
In ICG strategies we have implemented operational procedures of oil and gas facilities.
These procedures have been developed computerized systems for Maintenance Management, criticality analysis and review of operations of spare parts for the next two years.
Additionally the operation and maintenance activities are monitored to ensure competence of the technical operation and maintenance, in addition to performing operational integrity audits to ensure compliance with the operational standards.
INCREASE PRODUCTION
We have the ability to make diagnoses for production optimization based on Advanced Control and Diffuse Logic Technique through computational tools that allow us to simulate process conditions that lead to changes in control parameters in programmable logic controllers and distributed control system and supervisory, which in turn allows us to achieve significant increases in production between 8% -17% approximately, which require little or no investment (Capex).
ENERGY SAVING
We have the capacity to perform saving of energy studies such as: analysis of the quality of electric power looking for the improvement of the power factor in systems of generation and distribution of electricity; performance hydraulic analysis of pumping systems looking for points of functioning close to of better hydraulic efficiency point; and also, thermodynamic analysis controlling the atomization steam pressure seeking for a mixture and homogeneous diffusion of fuel once again to obtain a better efficiency in this case in steam generation systems
