EDUCATING TOGETHER
OBJECTIVE
Promote initiatives to improve the quality of education on issues related to environmental care, values, skills improvement in personal growth, engineering expertise and skills development to youth and children, in addition to strengthening the development of our employees.
INITIATIVES IN SCHOOLS & UNIVERSITIES
- Develop recreational activities with schools in the influence area of ICG, where relevant issues of sustainability like values, environmental care, solidarity, peace, among other necessary work in children from vulnerable communities are treated
- Technical lectures given by our own staff in universities to train young people on issues related to our services and expertise as are:
- Commissioning and Startup of Oil and Gas production facilities, HSEQ, Leadership, Project Management, among others .
- Get agreements with universities in our area of influence to participate in educational development projects of their students.
- Promote the formation process in the skills and competences of our staff to be the best professionals in your area.
