In ICG strategies we have implemented operational procedures of oil and gas facilities.

Among these procedures have been developed computerized systems for Maintenance Management, criticality analysis and review of operations spare parts for the next two years.

Additionally the operation and maintenance activities are monitored to ensure competence of the operation and maintenance technitians, in addition to performing operational integrity audits to ensure compliance with the operational standards.
