Management

Our Document Management service sets the criteria for preparing, identifying, implementing, controlling and storing project documents, so that the process can be managed through documented follow-up, measurement, planning and execution, providing evidence that the client’s goals are met.

Specific objectives

Review, prepare, consolidate, classify and restructure all document information to formally hand over custody and responsibility for the built assets (plant installations, surface facilities, systems, equipment, etc.) from ICG to the requesting company or whoever it designates.

The deliverables that support the project through its stages, from start to start-up, are:

  • Basic Engineering Dossier
  • Detailed Engineering Dossier
  • Manufacturing and/or Vendor Dossier
  • Construction Dossier
  • AC-1 Pre-Commissioning Dossier
  • HC-1 Commissioning Dossier

Support across the asset life cycle: maintenance plans, criticality analysis, spare parts review, reliability and operational integrity, so that facilities operate safely, reliably and profitably from day one.

Administration and follow-up of construction, commissioning and operation contracts: control of scope, progress, costs, changes and close-out.
